I’ve done some research and have found players who played for both the Hawks and the Celtics.
Dominique Wilkins
Dominique Wilkins, renowned as “the Human Highlight Reel” for his extraordinary athleticism and dunking skills, is a celebrated former player. Wilkins primarily played for the Atlanta Hawks.
He was a nine-time NBA All-Star, seven-time All-NBA Team member, and was honored as part of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. Wilkins captured the NBA scoring title in the 1985-86 season and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006.
Wilkins began his career with the Hawks after being traded by the Utah Jazz, who had drafted him third overall in 1982. He consistently scored over 25 points per game for ten consecutive seasons. Wilkins’ career highlights include winning the NBA Slam Dunk Contest twice (1985, 1990).

Al Horford
Al Horford played collegiately at the University of Florida where he was an integral part of the team that won back-to-back NCAA championships in 2006 and 2007. His effective inside game and defensive skills caught the eye of NBA scouts, leading him to be selected as the 3rd overall pick by the Atlanta Hawks in the 2007 NBA draft.
In Atlanta, Horford immediately made an impact with his rebounding, defense, and efficient scoring. He earned his first All-Star selection in 2010 and has gone on to be a five-time All-Star.
Horford had stints with the Celtics, 76ers and Thunder before returning to the Celtics in 2021. Over the course of his career, he has been lauded for his leadership and consistency on both ends of the court.

Joe Johnson
Joe Johnson, also known as “Iso Joe,” is remembered in the NBA for his scoring prowess and clutch performances. After being selected 10th overall in the 2001 NBA Draft by the Boston Celtics, Johnson went on to play for several teams, including the Suns, Hawks, Nets, Heat, and Jazz.
He made his biggest impact during his time with the Hawks (2005-2012), where he was named an All-Star in six consecutive seasons. Known for his ability to create his own shot, Johnson earned a reputation as one of the game’s premier isolation players.
He scored over 20,000 points in his NBA career, underscoring his longevity and scoring ability.

Antoine Walker
Antoine Walker was selected with the 6th pick in the 1996 NBA draft by the Celtics. Walker spent seven seasons with the team, during which he made three All-Star appearances.
He was a versatile and dynamic power forward, averaging over 20 points per game in five of his seasons with the Celtics. His ability to stretch the floor was ahead of its time in an era when most power forwards primarily played inside.
Walker was traded to the Dallas Mavericks in 2003 and subsequently played for the Atlanta Hawks, Miami Heat, and Minnesota Timberwolves. One of Walker’s career highlights was winning an NBA Championship with the Miami Heat in 2006.

Rajon Rondo
Rajon Rondo was selected by the Phoenix Suns with the 21st pick in the 2006 NBA Draft, but was immediately traded to the Boston Celtics. He quickly became a starter and vital component for the Celtics, helping them win the NBA championship in 2008 alongside the “Big Three” of Paul Pierce, Kevin Garnett, and Ray Allen.
Rondo led the NBA in assists per game three times (2012, 2013, and 2016), and he’s recognized for his playoff performances, stepping up his game significantly in the postseason.
Rondo played for the Celtics until 2014, and since then he has had stints with the Mavericks, Kings, Bulls, Pelicans, Lakers, and Hawks. His second NBA Championship came in 2020 with the Lakers, where his veteran experience and leadership proved pivotal.

Jeff Teague
Jeff Teague, an NBA veteran with a career span of over a decade, was selected 19th overall in the 2009 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks. Known for his quickness and playmaking ability, Teague quickly rose to prominence as the Hawks’ starting point guard.
Perhaps his best season in Atlanta (and possibly career) was in 2014-2015 when he averaged 15.9 points, 7.0 assists per game, and was named an NBA All-Star.
Teague’s career, though characterized by frequent team changes, has been consistent in terms of his contributions on the court with career averages of 12.2 points and 5.6 assists per game.

Dennis Schroder
After spending his early career playing professionally in Germany, Dennis Schröder was selected 17th overall in the 2013 NBA Draft by the Atlanta Hawks. Initially a backup to All-Star Jeff Teague, Schröder eventually took over as the Hawks’ starting point guard.
In 2018, he was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder where he served as a valuable contributor off the bench. His performance during the 2019-2020 season even earned him a runner-up finish for the NBA’s Sixth Man of the Year award.
Over his ten-year career, Schroder has played for a total of five different teams including the Hawks, Thunder, Lakers, Celtics and Rockets.

Rasheed Wallace
Rasheed Wallace had a very successful career in the NBA from 1995 to 2013. Wallace, a versatile power forward known for his strong defense and three-point shooting, was picked fourth overall by the Washington Bullets (now Wizards) in the 1995 NBA Draft.
He played a single season with the Bullets before being traded to the Portland Trail Blazers, where he spent the bulk of his early career. In Portland, Wallace established himself as an All-Star, but his time there was also marked by technical fouls and controversies.
In 2004, Wallace was traded to the Detroit Pistons, where he played a key role in winning that year’s NBA Championship. Wallace later had stints with the Boston Celtics and New York Knicks. He was a four-time All-Star and also received recognition for his defensive skills throughout his career.
