I’ve done some research and have found players who played for both the Jazz and the Celtics.
Gordon Hayward
Gordon Hayward was selected as the 9th overall pick in the first round of the 2010 NBA Draft by the Utah Jazz. His early career with the Jazz was marked by steady improvement, culminating in an All-Star selection in the 2016-2017 season.
After seven seasons with the Jazz, Hayward signed with the Boston Celtics as a free agent in 2017. His time in Boston was marred by a severe leg injury in his first game with the team. However, he worked his way back and regained his form.
Hayward is known for his versatility as a forward, able to score, rebound, and assist. His career highlights include being named an NBA All-Star, and he’s been a valuable contributor to the various teams he’s played for.

Al Jefferson
Al Jefferson was drafted straight out of high school as the 15th overall pick in the 2004 NBA Draft by the Boston Celtics. He played three seasons in Boston before being traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves in a package deal for Kevin Garnett in the 2007 offseason.
In Minnesota, he had some of his best years, averaging over 20 points per game in multiple seasons. In 2010, Jefferson was traded to the Utah Jazz, where he continued to be a reliable offensive threat.
After three seasons in Utah, he signed as a free agent with the Charlotte Hornets (known as the Charlotte Bobcats in his first season with the team) in 2013. His first season with the Hornets was a standout, with Jefferson earning All-NBA Third Team honors.

Joe Johnson
Joe Johnson, also known as “Iso Joe,” is remembered in the NBA for his scoring prowess and clutch performances. After being selected 10th overall in the 2001 NBA Draft by the Boston Celtics, Johnson went on to play for several teams, including the Suns, Hawks, Nets, Heat, and Jazz.
He made his biggest impact during his time with the Hawks (2005-2012), where he was named an All-Star in six consecutive seasons. Known for his ability to create his own shot, Johnson earned a reputation as one of the game’s premier isolation players.
He scored over 20,000 points in his NBA career, underscoring his longevity and scoring ability.

Jae Crowder
Jae Crowder is an NBA player known for his toughness and versatility. He was drafted 34th overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2012 NBA Draft, but was immediately traded to the Dallas Mavericks where he spent the first part of his career.
Crowder has been something of an NBA journeyman, playing for several teams including the Celtics, Cavaliers, Jazz, Grizzlies, Heat, Suns and Bucks. Despite changing teams frequently, Crowder has consistently been valued for his ‘3-and-D skills’ (three-point shooting and defense), as well as his ability to play both forward positions.
He has played crucial roles in deep playoff runs for several teams, including the Miami Heat in 2020, where he helped the team reach the NBA Finals, and the Phoenix Suns in 2021, also reaching the NBA Finals.
Jeff Green
Jeff Green has played for numerous teams in the NBA. He was initially drafted 5th overall by the Boston Celtics in the 2007 NBA Draft, though he was immediately traded to the Seattle SuperSonics, where he spent the first part of his career.
Green has had a journeyman career, playing for 11 different teams in his 15-year career including the Thunder, Celtics, Grizzlies, Clippers, Magic, Cavaliers, Wizards, Jazz, Rockets, Nets, and Nuggets. He was a solid contributor to the Nuggets Championship this past season.
Green’s versatility and ability to play both inside and outside have allowed him to fit into various roles on different teams. He’s been both a starter and a valuable bench player throughout his career, contributing with his scoring, rebounding, and ability to defend multiple positions.
