I’ve done some research and have found players who played for both the Knicks and the Celtics.
David Lee
David Lee was selected with the 30th overall pick in the 2005 NBA Draft by the New York Knicks. Lee was known for his strong rebounding and scoring ability, making him a double-double threat on any given night.
In the 2009-10 season, he was selected for his first All-Star game while playing for the Knicks, after averaging 20.2 points and 11.7 rebounds per game.
In 2010, Lee was traded to the Warriors. He continued to produce strong performances and was again named an All-Star in 2013. However, Lee’s biggest accomplishment came during the 2014-15 season, when the Warriors won the NBA Championship, although his role was reduced due to the emergence of Draymond Green.

Kemba Walker
After playing college basketball for the University of Connecticut, where he won a national championship in 2011 and was named Most Outstanding Player of the Final Four, Kemba Walker was selected ninth overall by the Charlotte Bobcats (now Hornets) in the 2011 NBA Draft.
Walker emerged as the face of the Charlotte franchise, making three All-Star appearances during his time with the team. He holds numerous franchise records for the Hornets, including most points in a game (60) and most points scored in franchise history.
In 2019, he signed with the Boston Celtics, making another All-Star appearance in his first season with the team.

Nate Robinson
Nate Robinson was selected 21st overall by the Phoenix Suns in the 2005 NBA Draft but was promptly traded to the New York Knicks. With the Knicks, he quickly became a fan favorite due to his energetic plays and ability to score against much taller opponents.
His time in New York showcased his talents, and Robinson became a three-time NBA Slam Dunk Contest champion in 2006, 2009, and 2010.
Throughout his NBA career, Robinson played for multiple teams (8 in total), including the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, and Denver Nuggets, among others. Regardless of the team, his fearless approach and knack for making big plays in crucial moments remained consistent.
Rasheed Wallace
Rasheed Wallace had a very successful career in the NBA from 1995 to 2013. Wallace, a versatile power forward known for his strong defense and three-point shooting, was picked fourth overall by the Washington Bullets (now Wizards) in the 1995 NBA Draft.
He played a single season with the Bullets before being traded to the Portland Trail Blazers, where he spent the bulk of his early career. In Portland, Wallace established himself as an All-Star, but his time there was also marked by technical fouls and controversies.
In 2004, Wallace was traded to the Detroit Pistons, where he played a key role in winning that year’s NBA Championship. Wallace later had stints with the Boston Celtics and New York Knicks. He was a four-time All-Star and also received recognition for his defensive skills throughout his career.

Chauncey Billups
Chauncey Billups was known for his ability to perform in high-pressure situations, earning him the nickname “Mr. Big Shot”. Selected third overall by the Boston Celtics in the 1997 NBA Draft, Billups had a productive career that spanned 17 seasons.
Billups’ career truly flourished when he joined the Detroit Pistons in 2002. With the Pistons, he was a key figure in their championship run in 2004, where he was named NBA Finals MVP.
Over his career, Billups was a five-time NBA All-Star and a three-time All-NBA selection. Known for his basketball IQ, leadership, and clutch performances, he was also named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team twice.
