T.J. McConnell

TJ McConnell is an American professional basketball player known for his tenacity and exceptional basketball IQ. A point guard, McConnell has spent his NBA career with the Philadelphia 76ers and Indiana Pacers.

Undrafted in the 2015 NBA Draft, McConnell signed with the 76ers and immediately made an impact as a dependable player off the bench. He led the team in assists in his rookie year and developed a reputation for his scrappy defense and playmaking abilities.

McConnell signed with the Pacers in 2019, where he continued to make a name for himself, even recording a triple-double off the bench in 2021, a rare feat. McConnell led the NBA in steals in the 2020-21 season, further solidifying his reputation as a top-tier defensive guard.
