I’ve done some research and have found players who played for both the Spurs and the Clippers.

Kawhi Leonard

Kawhi Leonard was selected 15th overall by the Indiana Pacers in the 2011 NBA Draft and was subsequently traded to the San Antonio Spurs.

Leonard is one of the league’s elite two-way players, excelling on both offense and defense. He has won the NBA Defensive Player of the Year award twice (2015, 2016) and was named to the All-NBA First Team three times (2016, 2017, 2021).

Leonard’s remarkable career highlights include winning two NBA championships, the first with the San Antonio Spurs in 2014, where he was also named the NBA Finals MVP. He captured his second title with the Toronto Raptors in 2019 and again earned the Finals MVP honors.

Andre Miller

Andre Miller was drafted 8th overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 1999 NBA Draft after a successful college career at the University of Utah. His NBA journey took him to multiple teams including the Clippers, 76ers, Trail Blazers, Nuggets, Wizards, Kings, Timberwolves, and Spurs.

Throughout his career, Miller was often among the league leaders in assists. In fact, as of this writing, he ranks 12th all-time in assists in the NBA (8524). He also led the league in assists in 2001-02, averaging 10.9 assists per game.

Miller was never an All-Star but was a key contributor on many teams throughout his 17-year career, demonstrating an ability to fit into various systems and roles.

Dominique Wilkins

Dominique Wilkins, renowned as “the Human Highlight Reel” for his extraordinary athleticism and dunking skills, is a celebrated former player. Wilkins primarily played for the Atlanta Hawks.

He was a nine-time NBA All-Star, seven-time All-NBA Team member, and was honored as part of the NBA 75th Anniversary Team in 2021. Wilkins captured the NBA scoring title in the 1985-86 season and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006​​.

Wilkins began his career with the Hawks after being traded by the Utah Jazz, who had drafted him third overall in 1982. He consistently scored over 25 points per game for ten consecutive seasons. Wilkins’ career highlights include winning the NBA Slam Dunk Contest twice (1985, 1990).

Stephen Jackson

Stephen Jackson is a former NBA small forward and shooting guard recognized for his tenacity, versatility, and ability to score. Jackson’s NBA journey included time with several teams, but he is most remembered for his roles with the San Antonio Spurs and the Golden State Warriors. In 2003, as a member of the Spurs, he played a pivotal role in the team’s playoff run, culminating in an NBA Championship victory over the New Jersey Nets.

Later, with the Warriors in 2007, Jackson was a key player in the famous “We Believe” team that upset the top-seeded Dallas Mavericks in the first round of the playoffs.

Garrett Temple

He has played for multiple NBA teams (11 in total), including the Houston Rockets, Sacramento Kings, Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles Clippers, Washington Wizards, and Brooklyn Nets. His role has primarily been as a defensive specialist and a veteran presence in the locker room.

He’s been a key contributor on many of the teams he’s played on and has even started in almost 300 games in his career.
