I’ve done some research and have found players who played for both the Spurs and the Pacers.
David West
David West, a formidable power forward, built a reputation for his toughness, consistency, and leadership both on and off the court during his NBA career. Coming out of Xavier University, West was selected 18th overall by the New Orleans Hornets in the 2003 NBA Draft.
In New Orleans, West quickly became a foundational player, pairing up with point guard Chris Paul to form a dynamic duo. Over the course of his tenure with the Hornets, he established himself as a reliable scorer and rebounder, twice earning NBA All-Star honors.
After his successful stint in New Orleans, West went on to play for the Pacers, where he was an essential part of a team that made multiple deep playoff runs. Later in his career, West pursued an NBA championship and played key roles for the Warriors, contributing to their back-to-back titles in 2017 and 2018.

Stephen Jackson
Stephen Jackson is a former NBA small forward and shooting guard recognized for his tenacity, versatility, and ability to score. Beginning his basketball journey in the lower tiers of basketball, including stints in the CBA and overseas, Jackson’s resilience and talent eventually led him to the NBA.
Jackson’s NBA journey included time with several teams, but he is most remembered for his roles with the San Antonio Spurs and the Golden State Warriors. In 2003, as a member of the Spurs, he played a pivotal role in the team’s playoff run, culminating in an NBA Championship victory over the New Jersey Nets.
Later, with the Warriors in 2007, Jackson was a key player in the famous “We Believe” team that upset the top-seeded Dallas Mavericks in the first round of the playoffs.

Doug McDermott
Doug McDermott was a player known for his shooting accuracy. He was selected 11th overall in the 2014 NBA Draft by the Denver Nuggets but was quickly traded to the Chicago Bulls.
His draft selection came after an impressive college career at Creighton University, where he was a three-time consensus first-team All-American and won the National Player of the Year award in his senior season.
Throughout his NBA career, McDermott has played for the Bulls, Thunder, Knicks, Pacers, Spurs, and currently, the Memphis Grizzlies. His best scoring season came in 2020-2021, where he averaged a career-high 13.6 points per game with the Pacers.
Thaddeus Young
After a standout freshman year at Georgia Tech, Thaddeus Young declared for the NBA Draft and was selected 12th overall by the Philadelphia 76ers in 2007.
In Philadelphia, Young emerged as a consistent scorer and solid rebounder, playing seven seasons there before stints with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Brooklyn Nets, Indiana Pacers, Chicago Bulls, San Antonio Spurs and Toronto Raptors.
He has often been praised for his work ethic and leadership, particularly in mentoring younger players. Young has career averages of 12.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game in the NBA.
