Robert Horry

Robert Horry is perhaps best known for his knack for hitting clutch shots in high-pressure playoff situations, earning him the nickname “Big Shot Rob”. He was selected 11th overall in the 1992 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets after a successful college career at the University of Alabama.

Horry’s career was marked by success across multiple franchises. He won two NBA Championships with the Rockets, three with the Los Angeles Lakers, and two more with the San Antonio Spurs.

He is one of only a handful of players to have won seven or more NBA Championships. Horry was a critical role player on each of these teams, providing timely scoring, solid defense, and veteran leadership.

Tracy McGrady

His most significant accomplishment as a player came during his tenure with the San Antonio Spurs. In the 1999 NBA Finals, Johnson’s clutch performance was highlighted by hitting the game-winning shot in Game 5, securing the Spurs their first championship.

Despite being undrafted, his perseverance, grit, and clutch play allowed him to carve out an impressive 16-year career in the NBA.

Garrett Temple

Garrett Temple was undrafted out of LSU in the 2009 NBA Draft but worked his way into the league and has developed an impressive 13-year career as a journeyman.

He has played for multiple NBA teams (11 in total), including the Houston Rockets, Sacramento Kings, Memphis Grizzlies, Los Angeles Clippers, Washington Wizards, and Brooklyn Nets. His role has primarily been as a defensive specialist and a veteran presence in the locker room.

He’s been a key contributor on many of the teams he’s played on and has even started in almost 300 games in his career.

Kevin Martin

Kevin Martin was a player known for his scoring ability during his time in the NBA. He was drafted 26th overall by the Sacramento Kings in the 2004 NBA Draft.

In his early career with the Kings, Martin quickly established himself as a potent scorer, demonstrating a knack for getting to the free-throw line and shooting efficiently from beyond the arc. His most productive season came in 2008-2009 when he averaged 24.6 points per game.
