I’ve done some research and have found players who played for both the Wizards and the Raptors.
Mike James
Mike James began his NBA career undrafted, but he managed to break into the league in 2001 with the Miami Heat. From there, he embarked on a journey that saw him play for numerous teams, including the Celtics, Pistons, Bucks, Rockets, Raptors, Timberwolves, New Orleans Hornets, Wizards, and Bulls.
Perhaps the highlight of his NBA tenure came during the 2005-2006 season with the Toronto Raptors, where he averaged a career-high in points and showcased his ability to lead a team as a primary guard. His NBA journey was marked by his adaptability, allowing him to fit into various roles, from starting point guard to a bench contributor.
In addition to his NBA career, James had spells in international basketball, playing in France, Turkey, and Italy, which further underscored his dedication and adaptability to different styles of play and cultures.

Otto Porter Jr
Otto Porter Jr. began his NBA journey with the Washington Wizards, who selected him 3rd overall in the 2013 NBA Draft. Over his years with the Wizards, he developed into a reliable scorer and defender, often playing crucial minutes for the team.
In 2019, Porter was traded to the Chicago Bulls, where he continued to demonstrate his value as a forward who can both score and play solid defense. Throughout his career, he has been viewed as a player who can seamlessly fit into various systems given his skill set.
He was a key component of the Warriors Championship run in 2022, playing valuable minutes, mostly coming off the bench.
Muggsy Bogues
Tyrone “Muggsy” Bogues, is a retired player known for being the shortest player ever in the NBA, standing at 5 ft 3 in. Bogues played point guard for four teams during his 14-season career, most notably for the Charlotte Hornets, where he spent ten seasons.
He also played for the Washington Bullets, Golden State Warriors, and Toronto Raptors. Bogues was known for his impressive assist and steal stats, finishing in the top seven in assists for six consecutive seasons and in the top ten in steals for three of those seasons.
Bogues was left unprotected in the 1988 NBA expansion draft and was selected by the Charlotte Hornets. His initial role on the team was limited, but he flourished under coaches Gene Littles and Allan Bristow, becoming a key starter and a recognizable figure for the Hornets alongside players like Alonzo Mourning and Larry Johnson.
