I’ve done some research and have found players who played on both the 49ers and Panthers.
Christian McCaffrey
Christian McCaffrey was drafted 8th overall by the Carolina Panthers in the 2017 NFL Draft. McCaffrey quickly established himself as one of the premier running backs in the league, showcasing a versatile skill set that allows him to excel both in rushing and receiving.
In 2019, he had a breakout season, recording over 1,000 yards both in rushing and receiving, becoming only the third player in NFL history to achieve this feat in a single season.
He has earned several accolades in his young career, including 1st Team All-Pro in 2019 and multiple Pro Bowl selections. In 2022, the Panthers traded McCaffrey to the 49ers for multiple draft picks.

Ray-Ray McCloud
Ray-Ray McCloud is a wide receiver and return specialist. He currently plays for the San Francisco 49ers (as of the 2022 season). He was drafted out of Clemson by the Buffalo Bills in the sixth round of the 2018 NFL draft.
He has a career total of 78 receptions, 633 receiving yards and one receiving touchdown. But, where he has shined is in the return game where he has 2213 kick return yards, and 1123 punt return yards – leading the league in punt return yards (367) in 2021.
David Carr
David Carr was selected as the first overall pick in the 2002 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans. Carr played for the Texans from 2002 to 2006 before moving on to other teams, including the Panthers, Giants, and the 49ers.
Though he entered the league with much promise, Carr’s career was largely marked by the high number of times he was sacked, particularly during his tenure with the Texans. He was sacked a record 76 times in his rookie season, which hampered his development and performance.
While his career as a starter did not live up to the expectations that come with being a first overall draft pick, Carr did find some success in a backup role. Carr finished his NFL career with more than 14,000 passing yards and 65 touchdowns.

Steve Bono
Steve Bono is probably best remembered for his time with the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs. However, Bono spent 15 years in the NFL playing for seven different teams: the Vikings, Steelers, 49ers, Chiefs, Packers, Rams, and Panthers.
After being selected in the sixth round of the 1985 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings, Bono had the opportunity to work with some of the best coaches and players in the league. For example, he joined the San Francisco 49ers in 1989, where he had the chance to learn from Hall of Fame QBs Joe Montana and Steve Young.
In 1995, Bono became the starting quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs. That year, he led the Chiefs to a 13-3 record and a first-place finish in the AFC West. His performance earned him a spot in the Pro Bowl.

Ted Ginn Jr
Ted Ginn Jr. was selected ninth overall by the Miami Dolphins in the 2007 NFL Draft. Over the course of his NFL career, Ginn played for multiple teams, including the Dolphins, San Francisco 49ers, Carolina Panthers, Arizona Cardinals, New Orleans Saints, and the Chicago Bears.
Ginn was primarily known for his speed and agility, making him a threat as both a wide receiver and return specialist. He has accumulated over 5,000 receiving yards and more than 30 receiving touchdowns. As a return specialist, he returned four punts and three kickoffs for touchdowns.
His unique ability to change a game with a long play—either as a receiver or a returner—made him a valuable asset on any team he joined. Over the years, Ginn was involved in several playoff runs, including a trip to the Super Bowl with the Carolina Panthers.
