Over his career, he has been selected to the Pro Bowl six times and has been a two-time First-Team All-Pro selection.

With over 1100 career tackles, more than 25 interceptions, and multiple defensive touchdowns, Weddle proved himself as a versatile and impactful player on the defensive side of the ball.

Selected in the first round of the 1987 NFL Draft by the Bears, Harbaugh earned the nickname “Captain Comeback” for his ability to orchestrate late-game heroics, most notably with the Colts. His standout season came in 1995 when he led the Colts to the AFC Championship Game and finished runner-up in the NFL’s MVP voting.

He was also named to the Pro Bowl that year. Later, Harbaugh had stints with the Baltimore Ravens and San Diego Chargers before retiring from his playing career.
