I’ve done some research and have found players who played on both the Colts and Bills.
Cornelius Bennett
Cornelius Bennett had an impressive career in the NFL. He was selected by the Indianapolis Colts as the second overall pick in the 1987 NFL Draft but was traded to the Buffalo Bills, where he became an immediate impact player.
During his 9 seasons in Buffalo, Bennett was a five-time Pro Bowler (1988, 1990–1993) and a First-Team All-Pro (1988). He was a key member of the Bills teams that went to four consecutive Super Bowls from 1990 to 1993, although the team fell short of winning the championship each time.
After leaving the Bills, Bennett played with the Atlanta Falcons from 1996 to 1998, where he reached yet another Super Bowl during the 1998 season, unfortunately losing again. He concluded his NFL career with the Indianapolis Colts in 1999 and 2000.

Frank Gore
Frank Gore was a running back known for his longevity, power running, and consistency in the NFL. Drafted in the third round by the San Francisco 49ers in 2005, Gore spent ten seasons with the 49ers, where he became the franchise’s all-time leading rusher.
He later played for the Colts, Dolphins, Bills, and Jets, displaying remarkable durability. Gore finished his career third in NFL history in rushing yards with exactly 16,000 yards, behind only Emmitt Smith and Walter Payton.
Over his career, he earned five Pro Bowl selections and was named to the Second-team All-Pro in 2006. His remarkable career is highlighted by his longevity and consistent productivity in a position known for a relatively short career span.

Xavier Rhodes
Drafted 25th overall by the Vikings in the 2013 NFL Draft, Xavier Rhodes quickly established himself as a high-level performer in the secondary.
With the Vikings, Rhodes was recognized as a top cornerback in the league, earning Pro Bowl selections in 2016, 2017, and 2019. His 2017 campaign was particularly impressive, as he was named First-Team All-Pro after tallying 56 combined tackles and 2 interceptions.
Rhodes joined the Indianapolis Colts for the 2020 season, where he continued to demonstrate his prowess in pass coverage. Rhodes’ combination of size, speed, and ball skills make him a formidable opponent for any wide receiver.
Kelly Holcomb
Kelly Holcomb was selected as an undrafted free agent by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1995. Holcomb’s NFL career began as a backup quarterback, and he had stints with several teams, including the Colts, Browns, Bills, and Vikings.
Perhaps his best season came in 2005 with the Buffalo Bills, where he started in eight games and threw for 1,509 yards with 10 touchdowns and 8 interceptions. Holcomb finished his career with 5,916 passing yards, 39 touchdowns, and 38 interceptions.
He also played a significant role in the 2002 AFC Wild Card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, throwing for 429 yards and 3 touchdowns in a losing effort. His 429 yards were the third-highest total in NFL playoff history at the time.
