That also means that today’s grid has asked for players that have played for both the Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints.

And, it also means that you’re probably stuck on this particular box and you’re looking for a little help. Sound about right so far?

Well, good news, you’re in the right place.

I’ve done some research and have found players who played on both the Colts and Saints.

Coby Fleener

Coby Fleener was a tight end who spent his NFL career with the Indianapolis Colts and the New Orleans Saints. He was selected in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Colts, largely due to his strong connection with Stanford teammate and quarterback Andrew Luck.

In Indianapolis, Fleener established himself as a reliable receiving target, especially in the red zone. He spent four seasons with the Colts, registering 17 touchdowns and nearly 2200 receiving yards.

In 2016, he joined the New Orleans Saints, reuniting with his college offensive coordinator, Pete Carmichael. In New Orleans, Fleener continued to provide solid contributions, particularly in the passing game. However, his time with the Saints was cut short due to a concussion that ultimately led to his retirement.

Kerry Collins

Kerry Collins was a two-time Pro Bowler who had a lengthy NFL career from 1995 to 2011. He was the 5th overall pick by the Carolina Panthers in the 1995 NFL Draft.

Over his 17-year career, Collins played for six different teams: the Panthers, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, Oakland Raiders, Tennessee Titans, and Indianapolis Colts. Collins’ career was highlighted by a Super Bowl XXXV appearance with the Giants.

He threw for over 40,000 yards in his career, finishing with 40,922 passing yards, 208 touchdowns, and 196 interceptions.
