I’ve done some research and have found players who played on both the Dolphins and Falcons.
Josh Rosen
Josh Rosen was selected by the Arizona Cardinals as the 10th overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. He played for the Cardinals during his rookie season before being traded to the Miami Dolphins in 2019.
Rosen’s career in the NFL has been marked by a series of ups and downs. In his rookie season with the Cardinals, he started 13 games, throwing for 2,278 yards with 11 touchdowns and 14 interceptions. However, his time as a starter was short-lived, and he has since primarily served in a backup role.
Though his career has not yet lived up to the expectations that come with being a first-round draft pick, Rosen continues to be a part of the NFL landscape, seeking opportunities to prove himself as a capable quarterback.
Steve DeBerg
Steve DeBerg was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the 10th round of the 1977 NFL Draft, 275th overall. He played for several teams over a lengthy career that spanned 21 years, including stints with the San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos, Kansas City Chiefs, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Atlanta Falcons.
DeBerg’s NFL career totals include 34,241 passing yards and 196 touchdown passes. He completed 2,874 of his 5,024 passing attempts, leading to a 57.2% completion rate. He also threw 204 interceptions.
One of the highlights of DeBerg’s career was his ability to continue playing at a high level despite his age. He started games in three different decades, and he became (at the time) the oldest player to start at quarterback in an NFL game at the age of 44 years and 279 days.

Joey Harrington
Joey Harrington was drafted by the Detroit Lions as the 3rd overall pick in the 2002 NFL Draft. He played for the Lions, Miami Dolphins, Atlanta Falcons, and New Orleans Saints during his NFL career, which spanned from 2002 to 2007.
Harrington’s career as a starting quarterback was marked by struggles and unfulfilled expectations. Over his six-year career, he threw for 14,693 yards, 79 touchdowns, and 85 interceptions, completing 56.1% of his passes.
While he showed glimpses of promise, Harrington was unable to establish himself as a consistent starting quarterback in the league.

Jay Feely
Jay Feely had an impressive 14-year career as a placekicker in the NFL. He initially signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2001 but truly started his NFL journey with the New York Giants in 2005.
Feely spent two seasons with the Giants before moving to the Miami Dolphins, where he played for a season. His career then took him to the New York Jets, where he enjoyed two solid seasons, followed by short stints with the Arizona Cardinals and the Chicago Bears.
Throughout his career, Feely demonstrated consistency as a kicker, converting 82.6% of his field goals and a strong leg as well, with a career long field goal of 61 yards
Shayne Graham
Shayne Graham is a former placekicker who had a lengthy NFL career. He was initially signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2000. Graham played for several teams throughout his career, including the Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots, New York Giants, and Atlanta Falcons, among others.
He is perhaps best known for his time with the Cincinnati Bengals, where he was selected to the Pro Bowl and named a 2nd-team All-Pro in 2005. During that season, he made 28 of 32 field goal attempts and all 47 of his extra-point tries.
Graham’s reliability as a kicker made him a sought-after player for many teams looking for stability at the position. Over the course of his career, he scored over 1,200 points, making him one of the more productive kickers in NFL history. He has also been remarkably accurate, with a career field goal percentage of 85.5%.
