I’ve done some research and have found players who played on both the Panthers and Falcons.
Eric Metcalf
Eric Metcalf was selected as the 13th overall pick in the 1989 NFL Draft by the Cleveland Browns. He played in the NFL for 13 seasons, with stints at 7 different teams including the Browns, Falcons, Chargers, Cardinals, Panthers, Redskins, and Packers.
Metcalf was primarily utilized as a return specialist and running back. His versatility and speed made him a significant threat in special teams. Over his career, he recorded almost 8,000 rushing and receiving yards, but his most remarkable achievements came as a return specialist, where he scored 12 return touchdowns.
He was named to three Pro Bowls and earned two 1st Team All-Pro selections. His ability to change games with his special teams play made him one of the most exciting players to watch during his career.

Omar Gaither
Omar Gaither was selected in the 5th round of the 2006 NFL Draft, 168th overall, by the Philadelphia Eagles. Playing the linebacker position, Gaither spent five seasons with the Eagles before having brief stints with the Carolina Panthers and Oakland Raiders.
During his NFL career, Gaither recorded over 300 total tackles, six sacks, and two interceptions. His best season came in 2007 with the Eagles, where he recorded 102 total tackles and started all 16 games.
Though he never earned Pro Bowl or All-Pro honors, Gaither was a reliable and steady contributor at the linebacker position, especially in his early years with the Eagles.
Bob Christian
Bob Christian was selected by the Atlanta Falcons in the 11th round of the 1991 NFL Draft, 292nd overall. Playing as a fullback, Christian spent nine seasons in the NFL, playing for the Falcons, Chicago Bears, and Carolina Panthers.
Throughout his career, Christian rushed for 831 yards on 193 carries, scored 12 rushing touchdowns, and also had 230 receptions for 2,048 yards and 7 receiving touchdowns. Primarily used as a blocking back, his versatility and ability to contribute in the passing game helped him carve out a role in various offenses.
Christian’s dedication to his teams and his efforts as a role player allowed him to have a solid 10-year career in the league.
Eugene Robinson
Eugene Robinson was originally signed by the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 1985. Robinson played for the Seahawks for 11 seasons, making his mark as a defensive stalwart for the team. After his time in Seattle, he moved on to the Packers and then to the Falcons before concluding his career with the Panthers.
Robinson was a three-time Pro Bowl selection (1992, 1993, 1998) and earned Second-Team All-Pro honors in 1993. Over his career, he accumulated 57 interceptions and 1,413 tackles and is considered one of the better safeties of his generation.
He also had the experience of playing in three Super Bowls with three different teams, albeit with mixed success. Robinson won a Super Bowl ring with the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl XXXI against the New England Patriots. However, he also experienced the agony of defeat in Super Bowl XXXIII (Falcons) and in Super Bowl XXXVIII (Panthers).

Shayne Graham
Shayne Graham is a former placekicker who had a lengthy NFL career. He was initially signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2000. Graham played for several teams throughout his career, including the Cincinnati Bengals, New England Patriots, New York Giants, and Atlanta Falcons, among others.
He is perhaps best known for his time with the Cincinnati Bengals, where he was selected to the Pro Bowl and named a 2nd-team All-Pro in 2005. During that season, he made 28 of 32 field goal attempts and all 47 of his extra-point tries.
Graham’s reliability as a kicker made him a sought-after player for many teams looking for stability at the position. Over the course of his career, he scored over 1,200 points, making him one of the more productive kickers in NFL history. He has also been remarkably accurate, with a career field goal percentage of 85.5%.
