Robert Griffin III
Robert Griffin III, often referred to as “RG3”, is a former NFL quarterback who burst onto the scene with a style that combined traditional pocket passing with electrifying mobility. He played college football at Baylor, where he won the Heisman Trophy in 2011.
Griffin was drafted 2nd overall by the Washington Redskins in the 2012 NFL Draft. His rookie season was nothing short of spectacular, as he led the Redskins to a playoff berth and was named the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. However, a significant knee injury at the end of his rookie year affected the trajectory of his career.
After his time with the Redskins, Griffin had stints with the Browns and the Ravens, primarily serving in backup roles. Despite the setbacks in his professional journey, RG3’s impact on the game was evident, especially in how he, along with a few contemporaries, helped usher in a new era of dual-threat quarterbacks in the NFL.

Deion Sanders
Deion Sanders, often known by his nickname “Prime Time”, is one of the most remarkable two-sport athletes in American history. He played as a cornerback in the NFL for 14 seasons and also had a professional baseball career that spanned nine seasons.
In football, he had stints with the Atlanta Falcons, San Francisco 49ers, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Redskins, and Baltimore Ravens. Sanders was known for his exceptional speed and agility, and he amassed 53 interceptions, nine of which were returned for touchdowns.
He won two Super Bowls and was selected to eight Pro Bowls. He was also named NFL Defensive Player of the Year in 1994. Sanders was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2011.

DeSean Jackson
DeSean Jackson was then drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft. With the Eagles, Jackson quickly made a name for himself, earning multiple Pro Bowl selections and becoming one of the NFL’s top receivers.
One of his most memorable moments was a game-winning punt return touchdown against the New York Giants in 2010, famously referred to as the “Miracle at the New Meadowlands.”
After his time with the Eagles, Jackson played for multiple teams including the Washington Football Team, Buccaneers, Ravens and Raiders, continuing to demonstrate his deep-threat prowess. Throughout his career, Jackson’s big-play ability has been a consistent hallmark, with numerous touchdowns of 60 yards or more.
