I’ve done some research and have found players who played on both the Saints and Vikings.
Teddy Bridgewater
Teddy Bridgewater was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft after a stellar collegiate career at the University of Louisville. In Minnesota, Bridgewater showed promise early, earning a Pro Bowl selection in his second season.
Unfortunately, a severe knee injury during the 2016 preseason sidelined him for nearly two full seasons. Upon his return, Bridgewater spent time with the Jets and the Saints, filling in admirably for an injured Drew Brees in 2019.
His performance led to a starting opportunity with the Carolina Panthers in 2020, where he provided steady quarterback play. In 2021, Bridgewater was traded to the Denver Broncos, where he competed for and won the starting quarterback job.

Adrian Peterson
Adrian Peterson is widely regarded as one of the greatest running backs in NFL history. From his debut in 2007 through 2020, Peterson amassed over 14,900 rushing yards and 120 rushing touchdowns.
Selected 7th overall in the 2007 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings, Peterson quickly established himself as a force in the league, setting the NFL single-game rushing record with 296 yards in his rookie season. His 2012 season was particularly noteworthy, as he fell just nine yards short of breaking the single-season rushing record after returning from a severe knee injury.
Peterson has earned numerous accolades over his career, including the NFL MVP award in 2012, and has been selected to the Pro Bowl seven times. He also played for the New Orleans Saints, Arizona Cardinals, Washington Redskins, and Detroit Lions.

Morten Anderson
Morten Andersen is one of the most successful kickers in NFL history. Born in Denmark, he was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the 4th round of the 1982 NFL Draft. Andersen played for several teams over his illustrious 25-year career, including the Saints, Falcons, Giants, Chiefs, and Vikings.
Among Andersen’s career highlights are his seven Pro Bowl selections and three First-team All-Pro honors. He is the NFL’s all-time leader in games played with 382 and was the all-time leading scorer until Adam Vinatieri surpassed him.
Andersen scored more than 2,500 points during his career and successfully converted 565 of his 709 field goal attempts. He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2017, becoming just the second exclusive kicker at the time to be honored with this accolade.

Kevin Williams
Kevin Williams was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the 1st round, 9th overall, of the 2003 NFL Draft. He spent the majority of his 13-season NFL career with the Vikings, before short stints with the Seattle Seahawks and New Orleans Saints. As a defensive tackle, Williams quickly became a key player in the Vikings’ defensive line.
Williams earned six Pro Bowl selections and was named First-Team All-Pro five times during his illustrious career. He recorded 63 sacks, 525 tackles, and 5 interceptions over his career.
His combination of size, strength, and agility made him one of the most dominant interior defensive linemen of his era. Williams’ contributions helped solidify the Vikings’ defense as one of the best units in the league during his time with the team.

Latavius Murray
Latavius Murray, a running back who kicked off his career with the Oakland Raiders in 2013, served as the team’s lead back from 2014 to 2016, even earning a Pro Bowl nod in 2015 when he rushed for 1066 yards and six touchdowns.
He joined the Minnesota Vikings in 2017, where he proved to be a reliable and efficient rusher, racking up 842 yards and eight touchdowns in his best season with the team (2018).
Since 2019, Murray has bounced around with multiple teams but is always a solid contributor no matter whose backfield he’s in.
