I’ve done some research and have found players who played for both the Steelers and the Jets.
Le’Veon Bell
Le’Veon Bell was a dynamic running back known for his patient running style and exceptional skills as a receiver out of the backfield. After being drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the 2nd round of the 2013 NFL Draft, Bell had multiple standout seasons.
From 2013 to 2017, he racked up a total of 5336 rushing yards, 2660 receiving yards, and 42 touchdowns. After a contract dispute, Bell joined the New York Jets in 2019 and later played for the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020 and Baltimore Ravens in 2021, but couldn’t replicate his earlier success.
Despite the later ups and downs in his career, Bell’s peak years in Pittsburgh rank among the most productive for a running back in recent NFL history.

Alan Faneca
Alan Faneca was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round (26th overall) of the 1998 NFL Draft. He quickly became a cornerstone of the Steelers’ offensive line.
Over a decade with the Steelers, Faneca was integral in paving the way for the team’s rushing attack and providing staunch protection for the quarterback. His efforts were pivotal in the Steelers’ Super Bowl XL victory over the Seattle Seahawks.
After a successful tenure with the Steelers, Faneca went on to play for the New York Jets and the Arizona Cardinals. Across his entire NFL career, he was selected to the Pro Bowl nine times and was named a First-team All-Pro on six occasions. Faneca was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021.

Bubby Brister
Bubby Brister is a former NFL quarterback who played for several teams over his 14-year professional career from 1986 to 2000. He began his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, where he was the primary starter for several seasons.
His time with the Steelers was marked by some solid performances, though the team overall had limited success. After his time in Pittsburgh, he had stints with the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Jets, Denver Broncos, and Minnesota Vikings.
While Brister never reached a Pro Bowl, he did win two Super Bowl rings as a backup with the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl XXXII and XXXIII. Over his career, Brister threw for over 14,000 yards with 81 touchdowns and 78 interceptions.
Neil O’Donnell
Neil O’Donnell was drafted in the third round of the 1990 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played quarterback for multiple teams over his 14-year career, including the Steelers, New York Jets, Cincinnati Bengals, and Tennessee Titans.
O’Donnell is perhaps best known for leading the Pittsburgh Steelers to Super Bowl XXX, where they faced off against the Dallas Cowboys. Unfortunately for O’Donnell and the Steelers, he threw two costly interceptions in that game, both of which led to touchdowns for the Cowboys, contributing to Pittsburgh’s loss.
Throughout his career, he passed for over 21,000 yards with a completion rate of 57.8% and threw 120 touchdowns against 68 interceptions.

Terance Mathis
Terance Mathis was selected by the New York Jets in the 6th round of the 1990 NFL Draft with the 140th overall pick. He played college football at the University of New Mexico, where he had an outstanding collegiate career.
Mathis played 13 seasons in the NFL, spending time with the Jets, Atlanta Falcons, and Pittsburgh Steelers. During his time with the Falcons, he developed into one of the league’s premier wide receivers.
His career highlights include earning a Pro Bowl selection in 1994 and finishing 3rd in the NFL in receiving touchdowns that same year with 11. Over his career, Mathis accumulated 689 receptions for 8,809 yards and 63 touchdowns.
