Peter Worrell
Peter Worrell was selected in the 7th round, 166th overall, by the Florida Panthers in the 1995 NHL Draft. A Canadian forward known for his physicality and enforcer role, Worrell made his NHL debut with the Panthers during the 1997-1998 season.
During his career, he played for the Florida Panthers and the Colorado Avalanche, amassing a significant number of penalty minutes as one of the league’s most recognized tough guys. Though not known for his scoring, Worrell’s physical presence and willingness to drop the gloves made him a key figure in the league.
Worrell retired from professional hockey after the 2005-2006 season. His NHL career may not have been filled with scoring accolades, but his impact on the ice was felt in other ways, and he remains a memorable player for fans of the era when enforcers played a prominent role in the game.
Craig Anderson
Craig Anderson, an American goaltender, had a distinguished career in the NHL. Anderson played for multiple teams including the Blackhawks, Panthers, Avalanche, Senators, Capitals, and Sabres. He is particularly remembered for his time with the Ottawa Senators, where he played for 10 seasons.
Anderson’s career in the NHL included many achievements, including playing in over 700 games and securing over 300 wins, a milestone reached by only 39 NHL goaltenders. He represented the United States in international play as well.
One of the highlights of his career was being awarded the Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy in 2017, which is given to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship, and dedication to ice hockey.

Sandis Ozolins
Sandis Ozolins, born in Latvia, is a retired player and coach. Ozolins was drafted 30th overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft and made his NHL debut in the 1992-93 season. He quickly became known for his scoring ability, leading the league in goals by a defenseman in his sophomore year.
In the 1995-96 season, Ozolins was traded to the Colorado Avalanche, where he won the Stanley Cup. He set career highs with 68 points in the 1996-97 season and finished third in Norris Trophy voting.
Ozolins’s career included stints with the Carolina Hurricanes, Florida Panthers, Mighty Ducks of Anaheim, and New York Rangers. Ozolins was a seven-time NHL All-Star and the all-time leader for goals, assists, points, and games played by a Latvian in the NHL.
