I’ve done some research and have found players who played for both the Jazz and the 76ers.
Kyle Korver
Kyle Korver was selected by the New Jersey Nets in the second round of the 2003 NBA Draft, 51st overall, but was immediately traded to the Philadelphia 76ers. The 6-foot-7 shooting guard and small forward played in the NBA for 17 seasons, with stints at the 76ers, Jazz, Bulls, Hawks, Cavaliers, and Bucks.
Korver was best known for his three-point shooting, consistently ranking among the league’s best in three-point percentage. He led the league in three-point percentage four times during his career and was named an NBA All-Star in 2015 while playing for the Hawks.
In his best season, he averaged 12.1 points per game with a 49.2% shooting percentage from beyond the arc.
Paul Millsap
Paul Millsap is a player known for his versatility and ability to impact both ends of the floor. Millsap was selected by the Utah Jazz in the second round of the 2006 NBA Draft with the 47th overall pick.
His time with the Jazz allowed him to develop his game and he blossomed further when he moved to the Atlanta Hawks in 2013.
Millsap earned four NBA All-Star appearances from 2014 to 2017 during his time with the Hawks, as he helped lead the team to several playoff appearances. In addition to his scoring and rebounding prowess, he is known for his defensive abilities and has made several NBA All-Defensive Teams.

Ersan Ilyasova
Ersan İlyasova is a professional basketball player who has played in various leagues around the world, including the NBA and EuroLeague. Born in Turkey, Ilyasova’s professional career started in 2004 with Yeşilyurt in the Turkish Basketball League.
He was later drafted by the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round of the 2005 NBA Draft. Known for his scoring ability and rebounding, Ilyasova played multiple stints with the Bucks and also spent time with several other NBA teams, including the Detroit Pistons, Orlando Magic, Atlanta Hawks, and Philadelphia 76ers.
For his career, Ilyasova averaged 10.1 points and 5.6 rebounds per game in the NBA.
