Football Players who Played for Bills and Packers

I’ve done some research and have found players who played on both the Bills and Packers.

James Lofton

James Lofton had a distinguished NFL career from 1978 to 1993, primarily with the Green Bay Packers. He was a key player in Green Bay’s offense for almost a decade, earning seven Pro Bowl selections during his time with the team.

Lofton, known for his speed and deep-threat capability, finished his career with 764 receptions, 14,004 receiving yards and 75 touchdowns.

His career also included stints with the Los Angeles Raiders, the Buffalo Bills (where he helped lead the team to two Super Bowl appearances), the Los Angeles Rams, and the Philadelphia Eagles. After his playing career, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003.

Sammy Watkins

Sammy Watkins was drafted by the Buffalo Bills with the 4th overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft. In his rookie season with the Bills, Watkins caught 65 passes for 982 yards and six touchdowns, showing promise as a dynamic offensive weapon.

In his second season, he managed to surpass 1,000 receiving yards, finishing with 1,047 yards and nine touchdowns on 60 receptions.

Watkins joined the Kansas City Chiefs for the 2018 season. He had a productive tenure with the Chiefs, playing a key role in their offensive unit that won Super Bowl LIV against the San Francisco 49ers. His clutch performances during the playoff run were particularly noteworthy.
