I’ve done some research and have found players who played on both the Raiders and Eagles.
DeSean Jackson
DeSean Jackson was then drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft. With the Eagles, Jackson quickly made a name for himself, earning multiple Pro Bowl selections and becoming one of the NFL’s top receivers.
One of his most memorable moments was a game-winning punt return touchdown against the New York Giants in 2010, famously referred to as the “Miracle at the New Meadowlands.”
After his time with the Eagles, Jackson played for multiple teams including the Washington Football Team, Buccaneers, Ravens and Raiders, continuing to demonstrate his deep-threat prowess. Throughout his career, Jackson’s big-play ability has been a consistent hallmark, with numerous touchdowns of 60 yards or more.

Nnamdi Asomugha
Nnamdi Asomugha was selected in the first round, 31st overall, of the 2003 NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders. He quickly established himself as one of the league’s premier cornerbacks. During his time with the Raiders, he was named to three Pro Bowl teams (2008, 2009, 2010) and was a First-Team All-Pro selection in 2008 and 2010.
Asomugha’s man-to-man coverage skills were highly regarded, leading many quarterbacks to avoid throwing in his direction. After eight seasons with the Raiders, he spent time with the Philadelphia Eagles and the San Francisco 49ers before retiring after the 2013 season.
His NFL career totals include 15 interceptions, 79 passes defended, and over 400 tackles. His skill and style of play have left a lasting impact on the position of cornerback in the NFL.

James Lofton
James Lofton had a distinguished NFL career from 1978 to 1993, primarily with the Green Bay Packers. He was a key player in Green Bay’s offense for almost a decade, earning seven Pro Bowl selections during his time with the team.
Lofton, known for his speed and deep-threat capability, finished his career with 764 receptions, 14,004 receiving yards and 75 touchdowns.
His career also included stints with the Los Angeles Raiders, the Buffalo Bills (where he helped lead the team to two Super Bowl appearances), the Los Angeles Rams, and the Philadelphia Eagles. After his playing career, he was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2003.

Josh McCown
Josh McCown, known for his resilience and adaptability, carved out a noteworthy 17-year career in the NFL – mostly as a reliable backup quarterback.
From his entry into the league with the Arizona Cardinals in 2002, he played for 9 different teams, a few times as the starting QB, but also stepping in and performing effectively whenever called upon when he wasn’t.
He threw for over 17,000 yards and 98 touchdowns, holding a career passer rating of around 80. Particularly impressive stints came with the Chicago Bears in 2013 and the New York Jets in 2017.
Rodney Peete
Rodney Peete is a former quarterback who had a long career in the NFL. He was drafted by the Detroit Lions in the 6th round of the 1989 NFL Draft.
Peete played for the Lions from 1989 to 1993 and would go on to play for several other NFL teams including the Cowboys, Eagles, Redskins, Raiders, and Panthers. Over the course of his career, Peete threw for more than 16,000 yards and 76 touchdowns.
While he never made it to a Pro Bowl, Peete was a reliable starter for several years, particularly during his time with the Lions. His longevity in the league is a rarity for a player who was not a high draft pick.
Omar Gaither
Omar Gaither was selected in the 5th round of the 2006 NFL Draft, 168th overall, by the Philadelphia Eagles. Playing the linebacker position, Gaither spent five seasons with the Eagles before having brief stints with the Carolina Panthers and Oakland Raiders.
During his NFL career, Gaither recorded over 300 total tackles, six sacks, and two interceptions. His best season came in 2007 with the Eagles, where he recorded 102 total tackles and started all 16 games.
Though he never earned Pro Bowl or All-Pro honors, Gaither was a reliable and steady contributor at the linebacker position, especially in his early years with the Eagles.
