John Kuhn

John Kuhn is a fullback who had a noteworthy career in the NFL, playing primarily with the Green Bay Packers. After playing college football for Shippensburg University, Kuhn began his professional career with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2005. However, he is best known for his tenure with the Packers from 2007 to 2015.

In Green Bay, Kuhn became a key part of the team’s offensive unit, mostly for his blocking, but he also contributed as a short-yardage runner and receiver out of the backfield. A fan favorite, his last name would often be chanted by the crowd after successful plays.

Kuhn was part of the Packers team that won Super Bowl XLV over the Steelers. Following his time in Green Bay, Kuhn played one season with the New Orleans Saints in 2016 before retiring. Kuhn was named to the Pro Bowl three times and was twice designated as an All-Pro.
