There is a good chance that if you’ve found this page then you’re playing the Immaculate Grid.

That also means that today’s grid has asked for players that have played for both the Tennessee Titans and Pittsburgh Steelers.

And, it also means that you’re probably stuck on this particular box and you’re looking for a little help. Sound about right so far?

Well, good news, you’re in the right place.

I’ve done some research and have found players who played on both the Titans and Steelers.

Nate Washington

Nate Washington played college football at Tiffin, a small school located in Ohio. He was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2005.

In his 11-season career in the NFL, Washington played for the Steelers, Tennessee Titans, and Houston Texans. He amassed a total of 458 receptions for 6,954 yards and 44 touchdowns. He won two Super Bowl rings with the Steelers in Super Bowls XL and XLIII.

His best season came in 2011 with the Titans when he caught 74 passes for 1,023 yards and seven touchdowns. Washington’s adaptability and consistency made him a valuable asset to the teams he played for.

Washington Key Stats

  • Super Bowl Champ (Steelers)
  • 1000+ Yard Receiving Season (Titans)

Gary Anderson

Gary Anderson was selected in the 7th round of the 1982 NFL Draft by the Buffalo Bills. The South African-born kicker had an extraordinarily long NFL career, lasting 23 seasons and taking him through multiple teams including the Steelers, Eagles, 49ers, Vikings, and Titans.

In 1998, Anderson became the first kicker in NFL history to convert every field goal and extra point attempt during the regular season, finishing 35-for-35 on field goals and 59-for-59 on extra points. However, his missed field goal in the NFC Championship Game that year became an infamous moment in NFL history.

He was a one-time first-team All-Pro and was named to four Pro Bowls over his career. Anderson retired as the NFL’s all-time leading scorer at the time, accumulating 2,434 points through field goals and extra points. His scoring record has since been surpassed, but he remains one of the most accomplished kickers in NFL history.

Anderson Key Stats

  • 1st Team All-Pro (Vikings)
  • Pro Bowl (Steelers, Vikings)

Neil O’Donnell

Neil O’Donnell was drafted in the third round of the 1990 NFL Draft by the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played quarterback for multiple teams over his 14-year career, including the Steelers, New York Jets, Cincinnati Bengals, and Tennessee Titans.

O’Donnell is perhaps best known for leading the Pittsburgh Steelers to Super Bowl XXX, where they faced off against the Dallas Cowboys. Unfortunately for O’Donnell and the Steelers, he threw two costly interceptions in that game, both of which led to touchdowns for the Cowboys, contributing to Pittsburgh’s loss.

Throughout his career, he passed for over 21,000 yards with a completion rate of 57.8% and threw 120 touchdowns against 68 interceptions.

O’Donnell Key Stats

  • Pro Bowl (Steelers)
  • 3000+ Yard Passing Season (Steelers)
