If I’m right, that also means that today’s grid is asking for players who have played for both the Vegas Golden Knights and the Los Angeles Kings.

And, I’m also guessing that you’re a little stuck on this particular square and you’re looking for a little help to keep your grid immaculate. Sound about right so far?

Well, good news, I’m here to help.

I’ve already done the research and have put together a list of well-known stars along with some more “under-the-radar” players that could land you a low rarity score.

Jonathan Quick

Jonathan Quick, an American goaltender, currently plays for the New York Rangers. Drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in 2005, Quick has won three Stanley Cups: twice with the Kings (2012, 2014) and once with the Vegas Golden Knights (2023).

His performance in the 2012 playoffs earned him the Conn Smythe Trophy, and he’s also a William M. Jennings Trophy winner and a Vezina Trophy nominee. Quick was part of the U.S. national team at the 2010 Winter Olympics, winning a silver medal.

After an impressive career with the Kings, Quick briefly joined the Columbus Blue Jackets before moving to the Golden Knights, contributing to their 2023 Stanley Cup win. In 2023, he signed with the New York Rangers, the team he supported as a child. He has participated in NHL All-Star Games in 2012, 2016, and 2018.
